After relocating late 2020, job + home relocation has worked into my favor after only 8 months. In the beginning, the transition was tough but given the new promotion at work, I will be able venture + expand my strengths out into the local DMV (Washington DC) area and be mesmerized by what this city provides with so much design industry companies nearby.
My goal for the year is to be able to visit places (aside from meeting up with clients on weekdays) is that I was not able to come across interesting places and I would like to talk about these different + interesting spaces where you would want to visit when you are in town. I’ve always depended on Pinterest for ideas but felt there’s a better way to actually get insights from a local person that lives currently in VA with access to DC all the time, right? Well, I will be your Designer in DC to provide some insights with the addition of some favorite coffee spaces. You know I could use a good brew!
As a foodie, I would always search for the cutest restaurants but since I love nature + green, I would also suggest gardens, buildings with sustainability décor etc.
My venture begins in Mid-September, so stay tuned!
