It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog post and its all because life takes so many turns that you forget to write out your emotions and experiences to actually feel them out (if you know what I mean jelly bean). My husband and I decided to make a move regarding our future and I will say its by far the best one yet. We will be moving out of CT and moving into Virginia for a better future as a family in addition to a better career path.
What this process has taught me is that if you are patient, you will get what you want when its time. If you are consistent and persistent results will show. When we first started this, we were for sure assuming it might take months for a transition to happen and by chance, we are lucky to say we can move before the Holidays (way too busy if it was during).
My advice for those who wish to make a move in their life and are too scared, its ok; we’ve been through it. We had our thoughts as if we are making the right decision? Is it too early to leave knowing we are living through a Pandemic? Will we regret our decisions?…and many more thoughts. But then, I wondered why do I have to worry so much about making a mistake. That is what it means being a human. We make mistakes to learn from them to make better decisions. If we do not make a sacrifice now, then when will we? The answer is NOW.
So, I’m proud to say I’m nervous, scared, and excited for this new move. A new career path is waiting for me at the end of the month!!! Follow my IG place for designer on the go www.instagram.com/theeverydesigner/.
